Business Description
I treat senior adults, adults, couples teens, and children as young as age 3 experiencing grief, anger, aggression, depression, mid-life crisis (male and female), anxiety, trauma, blaming, teen sexual confusion, relationship problems, and other things that may trouble individuals. I use a very positive approach, while locating strengths to build from. I use CBT, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Adlerian, and Person-Centered (Rogerian) Therapy, among others, to provide the therapy that I think will help treat each client as an individual with unique needs. My approach is similar to Positive Therapy, in that I try to help people resolve issues in an effort to find authentic, internal happiness that is enduring and self-replenishing.
