Elevated Health was created on the foundation of educating and empowering people and their communities through the transformative knowledge and practice of yoga and massage. Mahadevi Rachel Taylor and Jivan Elizabeth Robert, Elevated Health's founders, are both certified and licensed in Therapeutic Massage, Thai Yoga Bodywork and are Kripalu Yoga teachers educated and trained in technique, teaching methodology and practicum for asana, pranayama, meditation, yogic philosophy, anatomy, physiology and professional ethics.
Mahadevi has been practicing healing bodywork and massage for over seven years, and has been publicly recognized, receiving various awards for her work. Mahadevi specializes in many modalities which she then integrates into each session to find the treatment most effective for each of her clients. Beyond her formal education, Mahadevi offers her own personal experience from practicing an Ayurvedic lifestyle, which inspire and encourage her clients on their own life's journey.
