We provide professional, yet friendly real estate mortgage signing and notarizing services in borrowers' homes. Our closing attorney, R. Gary Wainright, travels to borrowers' homes and sits down with them at their kitchen or dining room table to explain the documents and conduct the closing. Most of the signings we perform are refinance closings within a 50-mile radius of St. Simons Island in Glynn County, GA.
