Time is money, and therefore, I believe in answering my clients questions QUICKLY and on THEIR time frame. Therefore, I have created the ability to work REMOTELY with clients all over the USA. All my client needs is high-speed Internet access and, with permission, I remotely operate their computer and QUICKLY PROVIDE ANSWERS. The simultaneous phone call is at my expense, and we talk together while we look at their QuickBooks to find solutions. I've been told that my "Remote Access Service" is just like having their own PERSONAL ProAdvisor at their side! I am always accessible via phone or e-mail (love my Blackberry!), and am ready to help my clients keep their QuickBooks balanced to provide accurate financial reports.
