Business Description
At Twilight, our philosophy is to keep it simple and honest. We are a casual, full-service restaurant, leaning toward what we like to call "homestyle gourmet." We offer pizza, pasta, appetizers, desserts, and an extensive selection of beer and wine. We use the best, freshest ingredients available, doing much of our produce shopping locally. We make our pizza dough with Pendleton flour from a recipe that we perfected over a long period of trial and error. For the gluten-intolerant, we also offer gluten-free pizza and pasta.
