Serving American cuisine, Chef's Table offers one of the finest interiors and some of the best views in the Utah Valley. Their menus offer a variety of selections. Appetizers include coconut crusted shrimp, New England crabcakes and seafood wontons while their entrees offer macadamia nut-crusted halibut, white marbled pork loin, duck in tart cherry reduction sauce and New York strip steak. They also offer vegetarian dishes such as mushroom ravioli and balsamic marinated tomato and spinach salad.
